We took the lead for investigation software provider Altia Solutions in the successful delivery of their thought-leadership conference and strategic initiative SOCEX. For close to half a decade, we played several important roles – we were a co-creator of the inaugural conference, our team were responsible for all brand & communications and we played a part in the strategic growth of the event itself. The results of our work helped SOCEX to become the no-1 brand of its type nationally and as a result helped Altia to build considerably greater influence in the UK’s law-enforcement sector and increase ’shareholder-value-on-exit.’

Project Highlights

 

Co-Creators of The Inaugural Conference 

The original brand had a real storytelling theme – with the symbol created representing the historic coming together of local, regional and national police forces.

 

 

 

As the creators of the original brand, we developed a series of creative frameworks that ensured overall consistency and the highest levels of brand professionalism. These were maintained over several years.

 

 

 

Brand & Communications 

Collection of SOCEX conference images.

Efforts were taken each year to ensure the presentation of the brand and communications were of the highest possible quality.

 

 

 

High-impact and storytelling themes were created each year to sell the content of each conference.

 

 

 

 

Succession/handover documents were created to ensure third-parties could quickly adopt the brand’s guidelines/standards.

 

 

 

 

Conference brochures and supporting documents, given out at the conferences, became richer with ever more relevant content each year.

 

 

 

Strategic Growth of The Event

 

Supporting & hosting The Keith Hughes Awards was another real commitment and act-of-good-faith to the UK law-enforcement community.

 

 

 

Great efforts were made to on-board new sponsors each year and reduce the financial obligation of our client Altia Solutions.

 

 

A series of steps were presented to take SOCEX onto the next level and onto a new global and digital entity.

 

 

 

A number of intelligent tactics were used to help Altia maximise their presence/involvement with the SOCEX conferences.
