Percepta, Game-Changing Philosophy


Percepta is a US-based customer experience company operating worldwide, they work mainly in the automotive sector providing a whole host of customer-centric services. They worked with THE LOFT on a raft of various marketing projects to increase sales, enter new markets, strengthen their position in various markets and refresh their digital presence.

One of the most effective parts of the collaboration was THE LOFT’s close work with Alan Meldrum, Percepta’s Global Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Client Services. This would result in the creation of a new company manifesto, corporate language and genuine thought-leadership adding real value to what the organisation does and how it presented its services/organisation.

The new manifesto was used throughout a range of digital communications, sales presentations and was also adopted by Alan when talking to audiences about the organisation and its work nationally and internationally.
