Young Enterprise Scotland is an organisation that promotes enterprise to young people in Scotland. The organisation had created an exceptionally ambitious strategic plan and wanted to take as many people as possible on the journey with their leadership team.

We completely re-thought the presentation of a strategic plan, moving away from a one-off policy document to creating a campaign around the leadership team’s intentions. This included creating a set of cards, each featuring a different person represented by the organisation and how they personally would benefit from the changes.

A tremendous result with complete buy-in from everybody involved in the organisation – this included staff, volunteers, funders, teachers, administrators, supporters in both local and central government. And most importantly from the apprentices and students represented by the charity.
