PMA Recruitment Services are a new Glasgow-based recruitment company which helps those working in the construction industry. The company was set up in 2021 with a special emphasis on putting the mental health and well-being of its people at the heart of what they are about. Founders, Craig and Ashleigh, were looking for a new brand that would communicate their values and offering in a bold way, as well as a new website which would be strong, accessible, on-brand and produced to a quick deadline.
The new website had several notable features – a bespoke application form, jobs board and several elements to improve the SEO of the site.
A wide range of items were created to showcase the boldness of the new brand including mugs, pens and beautifully finished mini-brochures. Powerpoint presentations, social media post templates, etc were also created. However, the highlight was undoubtedly these exceptionally bold business cards created alongside Glasgow Press.
A series of art-directed photographs were taken on the job at a construction site outside Glasgow to showcase the construction element of PMA’s work. These were used for all marketing purposes – most notable the new website.
