Attracting a Whole New Audience

GYP is a Glasgow-based organisation that helps young professionals build their network. The group was looking for a way to attract new people, as well as energise relationships with existing members.
As a committee member, our Founder Benedetto wanted to introduce continuous professional development as something fresh to compliment the highly successful social events. He came up with the idea of the #GYPSeminarSeries, 6 outstanding events with some of Scotland’s top entrepreneurs, business and thought-leaders, each sharing their stories to a (potentially) new GYP audience in and around the city.
THE LOFT marketed and ran each of the events which were a tremendous success. A number of new members joined GYP, there was a visible increase at other events and there was a real feeling of re-energisation for everybody involved.
The events were also a tremendous brand-builder for the organisation with several productive partnerships being formed with other brands in and around the city of Glasgow.
