GYP is a Glasgow-based networking group for young professionals. The organisation has a long-standing track-record of delivering outstanding social events. However, as the organisation entered a new generation, they felt their offering could be freshened-up. They were looking for new ways to reinvigorate things.
We worked closely with GYP to introduce personal development events. We believed that these could be something fresh to compliment the highly successful social calendar. The #GYPSeminarSeries consisted of 6 thought-leadership events with some of Scotland’s top entrepreneurs, business and thought-leaders. Each captivated the audience as they shared their stories. THE LOFT marketed and ran each of these highly successful events.
A number of new members joined GYP and existing members re-engaged. There was a visible increase at other events and a real feeling of re-energisation for everybody involved. The events were also a tremendous brand-builder for GYP in and around the city of Glasgow. Overall, a tremendous success.
The events were also a tremendous brand-builder for the organisation with several productive partnerships being formed with other brands in and around the city of Glasgow.
