Altia Solutions is an international software company which helps investigators improve the efficiency, productivity and accuracy of their work. Off the back of a survey stating that many operators were only using 15-20% of the features in their software, they were looking for creative ways to encourage them to use more.
We explored several options before deciding to create a series of service-only email campaigns, they involved sending a message to existing users introducing them to one new feature a week. A simple communication with a link to a blog or video post. The email could be viewed in 10 mins and importantly there were no additional sales promotions.
Needless to say this customer loyalty campaign, which was repeated over several years, was a tremendous success. Feedback was incredibly positive and by empowering existing users – more people in the office requested Altia software on their computer systems. License renewals amongst existing clients increased significantly. Finally, the feedback and data gathered alongside the insights gained were used to inform the next generation of software updates. A tremendous success.
