Altia Solutions are a rapidly growing software company based in Glasgow. The organisation helps investigators achieve greater efficiency, productivity and accuracy. They were a long-term client, and as part of our regular idea sessions, we decided to create a campaign about educating users to unlock more of their software product’s available functionality.
We had found that most users were only using a limited number of the software’s available tools, so there was scope to make them more aware of what was possible in a very un-intrusive way. We created and published a series of email campaigns introducing existing users to ‘one new software feature each week.’ The emails were purely education, had no sales language, promotions or call-to-actions.
Feedback was incredibly positive with the communications helping Altia to significantly improve client satisfaction. This was reflected in increased license-renewals (estimated 20-25%) post campaign. The activity was repeated over a number of years, helping Altia to become the UK’s go-too brand in their sector.
