Altia-ABM are a newly created company. The organisation was formed after the mergers of software/technology houses Altia Solutions and ABM Intelligence. The company was looking for ways to create a more cohesive culture amongst the two teams and 100+ staff based in Glasgow and Nottingham.
Alongside Altia-ABM, we made a decision to formalise the new organisation’s culture. This included creating mission, vision & value statements for both companies before producing a common framework for the new Group. We focussed heavily on the many common threads between the two companies – something that was invaluable with the final outcomes.
The results of this exercise were exceptional. There were a multitude of benefits for all involved. The frameworks gave respective leaderships teams real guidance with regards to working and hiring practices. They were also invaluable to business development teams as they pitched the new company to clients. This included to several Local & Central Governments, around the world.
