Scottish Leather Group are one of Europe’s largest leather producers. The company has an outstanding sustainability track-record which they have began to share. With a rapidly changing commercial landscape, the organisation wanted to better leverage this success to reach more people, tell the story in a much more compelling way while also supporting the Group’s wider objectives.
After winning a competitive pitch, we were thrilled to be given the opportunity to assist and worked closely with Scottish Leather Group for more than three years.
The main idea behind our work was to ’sweat the assets,’ to leverage every part of Scottish Leather Group’s incredible success and maximise the return on every new activity.
We dramatically increased the number of outputs from the sustainability project, created marketing assets which could be used and re-used several times over and transformed every stat, story and news items into a potential campaign.
We also brought a more human touch to communications, introduced innovative infographics, put forward a longer-term approach and transferred everything we learned across multiple SLG brands.
