Percepta are a US-based organisation with over 4400 experts working in more than 56 countries. The company helps global automotive OEMs, such as Ford, JLR and Volkswagen Group, deliver better customer experiences. The company has an outstanding track-record but with the ever-growing importance of digital technologies, social media and brand, the organisation knew they had to do more to compete. They were looking for a creative partner that could help oversee a dramatic change.
Initially, THE LOFT was one of several agencies supporting Percepta globally. However, over time, our work, service and overall approach led us to becoming their agency of choice. A working relationship that lasted more than 5 years.
The main idea behind our marketing work was to ‘tool-up’ Percepta for the 21st century. The organisation had tremendous untapped potential, we wanted to better leverage this, with a special focus on digital.
We built an outstanding digital case-study library, formalised the company’s overall approach, re-categorised offerings, systemised processes, rebranded services, built a game-changing website, refreshed their digital presence and so much more.
Throughout this time, we also worked intimately with the Percepta leadership team, created new working practices and collaborated closely on several projects for Ford Motor Company.
