Altia Solutions provides a range of digital tools to investigators in both the public/private sector. The organisation was looking for new ways to increase license sales, particularly before the public sector’s end of year spend deadlines.
Over several years, we produced a series of direct mail and digital campaigns showcasing the tangible benefits of Altia’s products – these would predominantly include time savings and productivity gains. The campaigns were targeted primarily at existing users and public-sector procurement officers.
The results were a tremendous success with each campaign resulting in almost-instant sales uplifts of around 20-30% in the months following a campaign. These additional revenues would come from a mix of increased license renewals as well as an increase in BD staff sales conversions.
The graphics from these campaigns would be used more widely by staff in the organisation and were particularly useful in persuading procurement officers of first-time clients to ‘try-out’ the software.
