Altia-ABM was a newly created company after the mergers of software/technology houses Altia Solutions and ABM Intelligence. The newly formed organisation was looking for ways to create a more cohesive culture amongst the two teams and 100+ staff based in Glasgow and Nottingham.
We worked closely with both companies to formalise the new organisation’s culture. This included creating mission, vision & value statements for both companies before producing a common framework for the new organisation. We focussed heavily on the many common threads between the two companies – something that was invaluable with the final outcomes.
The results of this exercise were a tremendous success. The definition of clear values were a great help in particular to both technical teams, particularly with hiring new staff. They were also very useful with the newly adopted cultural frameworks being adopted by both teams.
The final documents created for the exercise were also used by the new brand in their pitch deck to a number of international clients including one foreign government.
