Altia Solutions are a rapidly growing, software provider that help investigators and law-enforcement departments save time, increase productivity and improve the accuracy of their investigations. They are based in the centre of Scotland yet serve customers nationally and internationally.
As part of a wider marketing strategy, the company was looking to create a campaign which effectively communicated the benefits of their solutions to existing customers.


The organisation wanted to take a step forward and create something a little more friendly and human. We worked closely with the team at Altia Solutions to break down the different parts of their software — how it functions, the various features and the end-user benefits. We worked to ensure that the information was as straightforward and accessible as possible. A final flourish to the campaign and to further humanise the final design, we created two fictional characters that would introduce the various elements of the software themselves — Al and Tia.


As part of a much wider range of marketing & sales activities, the storybooks have helped Altia Solutions gain new customers and significantly increase turnover and profit.
